All Grown Up!!!

I was a bit like a proud, er, cousin taking these portraits. I am old enough to be James' Aunt but alas we are but cousins. I used to baby sit James when he was a bratty little kid... okay, maybe I was an impatient teenager and James was a normal little kid!

James and I had a blast taking this set. I think we worked/played for 2 1/2 hours... that's not how long I usually shoot, but this shoot was kind of a gift from me to the proud graduate.

James kind of has a thing for sunglasses, so it was only natural to incorporate them into his portraits. I like when my subjects bring something of themselves into their shoot, it really makes their photo's stand out and they are much more comfortable when they can act a bit goofy!
